TERMS OF SERVICE

This might be a bit long so buckle up xD

I. GENERAL TERMS

- I mostly take payment via PayPal, but if we do play a common game or two together, we can also use in-game currencies or IAPs of those games. That will have to be discussed beforehand, of course~ (Games that I currently play: Sky: COTL, Genshin Impact, Where Winds Meet)- I will require a 50% payment after a sketch is finalized. If the payment is via in-game currencies, I will require that the payment be made before delivering the full artwork.- I reserve all the rights to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or any social media platforms, unless requested otherwise.- The deadline for the commission will be HEAVILY affected by the response speed of my clients throughout the commission time. As such, if a commission exceeds its deadline due to my clients' late replies and feedback, it will not be refunded.

II. USAGE AND RIGHTS

- As mentioned above, if you wish for your commissioned work to be private, please let me know before the commission starts. Of course, this will not incur any extra fees or anything, so feel free to communicate!- Do NOT, under any circumstances, trace my artwork or feed it to AI.- You can provide feedback and request changes to your commission up to the base color phase. However, you only have 3 free changes; any more changes after that will be charged.- After a commission is finished, I will only edit and change the details or free if and ONLY if the final details are wrong from the provided brief, or if any details have been discussed but I made a mistake and did not include it.

III. REFUND AND POST-COMMISSION REQUESTS

If payment has been made yet problem arises:- I will refund 100% of the original price if I can't complete the artwork by any means.- I will refund 20%-50% of the original price if I am late for the deadline for any reason (except if it's due to my client's late responding, as mentioned above)- I will NOT REFUND if you are unsatisfied with the final commission AND publish defamatory posts regarding me before we have the chance to communicate properly regarding refunding or any other compensations. If such situations occur, you will be blacklisted and I will not accept any other transaction involving you, even if it is through a third party.- You have the right to require the original art file (.clip or .psd files) within 2 months after the final commission has been delivered; similarly, I will NOT receive requests regarding editing/changing commissions past that point.

By commissioning me, you have read all those terms and agreed to them. If there are any questions, feel free to communicate. If not, I will assume that you have read and agreed to my TOS.Thank you for reading :D
